Senior Business Contracts Analyst
Mission :
The primary responsibilities include accurate data entry, management, and analysis to support our business operations. This role will involve compiling, verifying, and entering data from various sources into our systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy at all times.
The Data Specialist will be responsible for interpreting data sets, generating reports, and providing insights to assist in strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, support data-driven projects, and identify opportunities for process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for working with data to drive business outcomes.
Essential Duties :
Duties are listed in order of greatest importance. The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.
Enter Responsibilities :
Perform accurate data entry of pricing, contracts, and other relevant information into Oracle systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Manage and update product pricing and customer data within Oracle, including the entry of new price lists, adjustments for price increases, and updates to existing contracts.
Support the implementation of price increases by entering and verifying updated pricing data in Oracle, ensuring that all changes are reflected accurately and in a timely manner.
Conduct regular audits of Oracle data to identify discrepancies, errors, or outdated information, and take corrective actions to maintain data quality.
Generate reports from Oracle to analyze the impact of price changes on sales, margins, and overall business performance.
Collaborate with the finance, sales, and procurement teams to ensure accurate and efficient processing of price changes, and resolve any pricing discrepancies or issues.
Work closely with IT to troubleshoot and resolve any Oracle-related data entry or pricing issues, ensuring continuous system functionality.
Develop and maintain process documentation for Oracle data entry and price management procedures, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Supervisor Responsibilities :
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent experience required, including experience with complex tender handling where applicable
Experience :
Experience Level 5-7 years
Prior contract administration, legal, or business analyst experience required
Prior contract compliance experience a plus
