Procurement Analyst

Know-how and experience required:

• at least 3 years of experience in procurement S2C modules (supplier assessments, supplier selections, sourcing contract management, category management, etc.)
• Excellent Business Analytics skills and capabilities: Data & Insight driven
• Initial professional experience in strategic purchasing INS an advantage
• Knowledge in Procurement or Supply Chain, CIPS is a plus
• Strong Projects Management Skills
• Experience with business intelligence reporting tools, (WBI or similar)
• Excel capabilities (pivot, vlookup, VBA, etc.)
• ERP knowledge desirable and comfortable as well as strong analytic, conceptual, and overall entrepreneurial thinking skills
• Organization: able to meet strict deadlines / autonomy / Communication / Teamwork
• Able to multi-task and prioritizes efficiently in a fast-paced international environment
• Proactive behaviour (go after the solutions, find your way in complex organizations)
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to drive results through the management of projects, processes, systems
• Rigorous and accountable
• Fluent in French and English

Responsibilities:

• Participate on building Procurement Dashboard and KPI Reporting tool.
• Could map (raw) procurement information into business relevant data.
• Create procurement intelligence, build/automate reports, and create ad-hoc reports
• Develop management reports and dashboard for stakeholders across CAPEX Procurement and associated business function, especially LPG Cylinders sourcing, B2C and industrial project budget
• Follow cost savings programs with affiliates reporting consolidated at Group Level
• Act as a contract Manager for the successful deployment of strategic contractual agreements
• Prepare the relevant data set up for strategic supplier relationship management at Group Level
